These days I have had the impression that I have nothing more to say to you …
I don’t have much inspiration for new articles and I seem to have already told you everything in the ones I’ve written over the years.
You know it is not always easy to keep the attention alive and above all, it is not trivial to keep the enthusiasm in writing.
It will have happened to you too that you will no longer be able to do something that you set out to do. I err?
Maybe you too have just stopped dieting, going for a run, going to the gym, or saving money.
Over the years, however, I have learned to get out of these situations.
I have to say it’s easier than it sounds.
For me, it is enough to mentally retrace the reasons that led me to make a choice and immediately start doing the action that I had promised myself to do.
Magically everything is back in order.
In the case of How to Become Rich, I have a thousand things to tell you and as always I am experimenting, creating, working hard.
I want to share them because for me it is an additional means that I use to systematize and clarify my ideas.
My problem in the case of writing was as trivial as it is lethal: I skipped a post and since then I have lost a habit and consistency that I have cultivated in recent times.
Luckily, there is this monthly financial reporting appointment that forced me to go to my computer.
Now I’m writing straight away and from now on I’m sure I’ll come back to keep you company with at least one post a week.
Because, as you know, this is a fundamental tool in managing my finances and when I don’t write the monthly report, my accounts are affected too …

Inputs outputs
The salary is always around 2,900, while the income from Matched Betting and Sports Trading was around 120 Euros.
This month despite the few articles written, the blog has reached the maximum number of visits ever and this makes me very happy.
At the beginning of the year, however, I set myself the goal of increasing visits to this site tenfold and if I go on like this I will have some difficulties in reaching the goal …
If I want to do it I have to multiply my effort and its effectiveness.
Investments and returns
Moneyfarm
I’m not sure why, but in April I divested the 10,000 Euros that I had put in March in a new portfolio created on the platform.
I have not withdrawn them yet but I have simply parked them in cash.
I also did it because I am torn between investing them directly in ETFs of my choice and increasing my portfolio invested in P2P Lending.
I will keep you updated.
P2P Lending
I continue to invest in P2P lending.
I currently have a capital of almost 5,421 Euros invested on 9 platforms, an increase of 675 Euros compared to last month.
I earn around 40 Euros gross per month in interest.
My goal is to reach 100 Euros per month within the year.
I have to increase the invested capital to more than 10,000 euros.
This is not cheap at all because these are very risky investments.
P2P lending, crowdfunding, and all alternative investments are in fact at high risk.
If you invest in P2P and think you will get rich, maybe you are doing something wrong.
In any case, I enjoy it and between more or less serious companies I’m experimenting great.
October
October is a professional platform for investing in corporate loans.
After just over a month of use, I have to say that it has many strengths, but also some aspects that I don’t like.
The things I don’t like are:
- the lack of information given to the investor about the companies applying for the loans. It is not possible to view financial statements, business plans, and the like but one must rely on the analysis of October’s analysts. On the one hand, it makes the choice faster, on the other, it does not allow us to enter into the merits;
- The difficulty of investing in the best loans given the high demand from investors who grab the loans in a few minutes.
Mintos
Mintos is the market leader in P2P Lending.
It performs very well and continues to gather new resources.
It should announce some important news soon.
We look forward and in the meantime, I enjoy the very interesting monthly results.
Bondora
Bondora was a kind of rediscovery.
I had abandoned it, but as I wrote last month I activated the Go & Grow mode.
I invested just under 700 euros. I’d like to get to 1,000 soon.
The yield is 6.75% gross so much lower than other platforms, but it’s very easy to manage and so I like it.
Remember that if you want to try Bondora you can get 5 Euros simply by registering from this link.
Crowdestate
Crowdestate is a platform that allows you to invest in real estate crowdfunding.
It is a perfect alternative to Housers and allows you to invest also in the Italian market in very interesting projects starting from 100 Euros.
I have invested only 500 Euros in Italian projects.
This month they returned my first investment with a great return. Let’s hope it continues like this.
I don’t think I will make any new investments in June.
Housers
Housers, after a few months of uncertainty, has returned to communicate very well and to provide information on stopped projects.
Hopefully, they will all unlock soon.
They also contacted me by phone to ask if everything was okay and if there were any problems. They listened to my concerns and reassured me about some Italian projects.
I must say that as a user I appreciated it and it gave me the image of a platform that tries to confirm itself as a leader in real estate crowdfunding.
I don’t think I will invest in new projects yet, but I will come back to evaluate them carefully.
Envestio
To date, I have 837 Euros invested in Envestio.
We must also be careful with this platform which, like the others, carries a high rate of risk.
However, it is giving me great satisfaction in terms of returns.
They are the highest in the whole market.
That’s why I think I will continue to invest reaching at least 1,000 euros.
If you sign up via this link, you will have a 5 Euro bonus if you deposit 100 Euro and a cashback of 0.5% of the amount invested in the first 270 days.
Other platforms
For the moment I have not yet gained sufficient experience to tell you about the other platforms I use, including Robocash on which for the moment I have accumulated only a lot of outstanding payments. Fortunately, there is a Buyback guarantee.
Conclusions
As I conclude this post, I realize how much I have missed writing and how useful it is if I want to continue to manage my insurance finances effectively.
You never have to let go of your grip and focus if you want to achieve your goal.
I’ve lost a lot of focus lately, but it’s never too late to get back on the right track.
I went back and what are you waiting for?
